Witkoff is back in West Village

Hotel and Real Estate magnate Ian Schrager recently enrolled Lorber, and Witkoff as partners for his future West Village. More specifically, Witkoff is known for its stunning project at 150 Charles street, that has been over 80% sold within 2 months since its launched date, and is expected delivery early 2015. Witkoff participation to the project is not only a great strategic move from Schrager, but also a good news for the West Village as Witkoff may translate into this residential project his expertise at conserving the authenticity of the neighborhood gained during the development of 150 Charles Street.
